Italy-Turkey Ferries

FERRY ROUTES direct between Italy and Turkey.
There are two companies providing direct ferry services between Italy and Turkey. Normally one of the crossings is available during the low season between October and April, however, sailings depend on demand and are subject to cancellation.

• Venice - Cesme.

• Venice Izmir.

• Brindisi - Cesme.

We receive many inquiries for the following routes, to which the following applies:
- FERRIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
- FERRIES ARE AVAILABLE BUT OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF OUR OPERATIONS.
- WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.
- NO INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE.

• Turkey (Istanbul), to destinations in Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania.

• Turkey to Southern Cyprus, (Greek side).

• Turkey (Silifke) to Northern Cyprus, (Girne, Turkish Side).

• Turkey to Crete.

• Italy (Venice, Ancona, Bari, Brindisi), to Greece (Igoumenitsa, Patras). We recommend Blue Star Ferries.

Reservations

Reservations are made in your name, we issue either a voucher or send the tickets by courier service.

• Reservations are not always required, we will advise based on travel date, and the crossing required.

• Reservations are essential for vehicles on all international routes.

• During the peak season, July-August, and on public holidays, reservations are essential for all crossings.

Passage Options

Passage accommodation options available on overnight, and long distance ferries are normally as follows:

• *2 = 2 person cabin, *3 = 3 person cabin,  *4 = 4 person cabin.

• Luxury Cabins are on the upper deck with window and private bathroom facilities, L2.

• 'A' Cabins are at deck level, outside with porthole, private W/C bathroom, A2, A3 or A4.

• 'B' Cabins are at deck level, inside with no window, private W/C bathroom, B2, B3 or B4.

• 'C' Cabins, lower deck, inside, with no window, shared W/C bathroom, C2, C3 or C4.

Discounts

Discounts are available on certain ferry routes, we will include details in our quotation.
Generally, but not always, discounts apply as follows:

• Discount on the return crossing if both the outward and return passage is booked at the same time.

• Senior citizens, 60 years or older.

• Families.

• Children 4 to 11 years.

• Babies 0 to 3 years.

Port Taxes

Port taxes are payable on international departures, these are either included in the ticket price or are payable direct to the port authority on departure.

• Details will be clearly defined in our booking details and PAYMENT OPTIONS.

• The full 'per person' port tax is payable where fares are discounted for senior citizens, children and babies.
